Legionnaire Hub Community Terms & Guidelines
InDjinniUs LLC DBA JinVi (the "Company") provides social engagement functions to customers and fans through this Hub.
1. Transparency & Updates
The Company will keep these guidelines accessible and notify members of significant changes. By participating in the Legionnaire Hub, you agree to abide by these rules as well as the full Terms of Access (TOABU).
2. Community Purpose & Mission
The Legionnaire Hub is here to help everyone grow together through creativity and positive social engagement. The Hub's mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for sharing experiences, offering feedback, and supporting each other.
- Inclusivity: Everyone is welcome: casual player, fans, clubs, and influencers.
- Empowerment: All Legionnaires are invited to lead and shape our community culture.
- Fun with Purpose: We value play, growth, and positive impact as core to your experience.
3. Profile Registration
Profile registration in the Hub is open at no charge.
- Registration: Profile registration requires an active jinvi.us account.
- Security and Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for the security of your own jinvi.us account and all activity through your Hub profile.
4. Content Standards & Acceptable Use
Membership is open to all who wish to participate respectfully and constructively. By joining and becoming a Legionnaire, you agree to uphold these guidelines and represent the Company’s spirit of fairness, positivity, and social maturity.
- Publicity By posting content in the Hub, you acknowledge that you understand that all posts and their content may be searched and indexed by search engine bots, and may appear in public search engine results.
- Republishing: By posting content in the Hub, you grant the Company rights freely to use, share, and promote your content, with attribution to your Hub profile's display name and a hyperlink to your Hub profile page, across all jinvi.us channels.
- Respectful and Relevant: We gather here to share, explore, and celebrate your enjoyment of community events and the Company's brand, games, and services. We ask that conversations stay respectful and relevant to our shared interests.
- Respect: Treat everyone with kindness, empathy, compassion, and openness.
- Authenticity: Post only content that is honest and in good faith.
- Constructive Contribution: Share your play experiences, or creative ideas. Offer thoughtful and helpful observations.
- Content Rights: Upload only media such as photos, videos, music, and reviews that you own or have rights to use. If you do not have the rights, share a URL or link to the media instead of uploading.
5. Expressly Prohibited Content and Activities
The Company reserves the right to moderate posts with expressly prohibited content and Hub profiles that engage in expressly prohibited activities
- Expressly Prohibited Content:
- Personal information of others (without written consent)
- Malicious, obscene, explicit, illegal, and otherwise unsafe material
- Abuse, harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, and personal attacks
- Defamatory, knowingly false, and misleading statements
- Copyright infringement, including unattributed and misattributed content
- Unrelated subjects and divisive subjects. Those include but are not limited to spam, politics, religion, and unrelated group advocacy
- Expressly Prohibited Activities:
- Scraping or collecting content from the community for use elsewhere
- Using artificial intelligence tools to misuse, remix, or duplicate content without permission
- Republishing, reposting, or distributing Hub content outside the Company without express permission
- Using bots or automated tools to copy, alter, or manipulate content or interactions
6. Credit, Rewards, and Disclosure
We encourage genuine public engagement. We may reward members for in good faith contributions:
- No Prohibited Content: Reviews and posts with Expressly Prohibited Content are ineligible for rewards and may be moderated.
- Credits: The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue to your jinvi.us account’s Shop Payor profile one non-transferable intra-Payor profile Shop credit, bound to a non-refunded original purchase, for authentic reviews or content related to that purchase that align with these terms. Such credit is applicable to any future purchase.
- Disclosure: If you receive such credits, you must disclose this relationship in any public content or review, per fair practice and legal requirements.
7. Progressive Moderation & Enforcement
We are committed to maintaining a safe and constructive environment. Moderators may take action to address violations of these terms and guidelines:
- Progressive Discipline: Actions may include warnings, temporary mutes (1, 2, or 3 weeks), suspension (1 month), and, for repeated or severe offenses, permanent ban.
- Right to Remove: We reserve the right to hide, remove, or decline to publish content that violates these standards.
- Appeals: You may request a review of moderation decisions. the Company's decisions from those reviews are final.
- Community Safety: In cases that exceed mere mischief, the Company may report conduct to relevant authorities.
